Banker Brokers is happy to announce their new Community Cause Program! The agency will select worthy nonprofits each year to benefit from exposure and fundraising, enabling them to join together with customers, business partners, and the community at large in order to effect positive change within the greater community. For their inaugural campaign, the Banker Brokers team has chosen to support StandUp For Kids in their mission to end youth homelessness across America. Through local chapters, this remarkable organization provides a wide variety of services to kids who are at risk - emergency shelter, housing, meals, mentoring, educational support, and much more. These are youths who tend to be forgotten, struggling to get by on our streets every day with the ever-present threat of violence, fear, and starvation. Scott Smith, principal of Banker Brokers, said, "Who will look after these kids and help them find a safe and happy future if not for us? We’re inspired by the work done by StandUp For Kids and feel that our customers and community will be, as well. As individuals, it often feels like there’s not much we can do. But when we band together as a community, that’s when exciting things begin to happen!" The agency has created a Client Rewards Program to enable all charitably-minded neighbors to get involved without having to reach into their own pockets. For each person recommended to the agency who receives a no-obligation consultation, the agency will donate $25 to StandUp For Kids. Banker Brokers encourages all those who want to better the community to recommend family, friends, and neighbors to the agency so that they may help StandUp For Kids reach its fundraising goal of $1 million in 2024.
